Life is a whirlwind, isn’t it? Think about it — deadlines, expectations, comparisons, and pressures. Every day seems to ask more of us, often leaving little room for the most important person in the picture.

In a world that feels like it’s moving faster and getting harder to navigate, it is easy to be your own worst critic. Perhaps, you tell yourself that you should be doing more, looking better, and achieving your success faster. You may even be so busy caring for others that you forget to care for yourself. It is you being human. It is you honoring your worth.
